Zoos Without Rules

        

Zoos in other countries still require their patrons to use common sense, in place of multiple fences and 20 inch plexiglass. The zoo is much more of an adventure when you can poke the cougar through the chainlink fence or stroke the 30 ft alligator over the 4 ft iron bars. Also no one will tell you not to, thus the golden rule is still a neccesity.
